On behalf of the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (CVMBS), I welcome you to our website. The college has a long history since 1976 when it was established as a Division of Veterinary Science under the then Faculty of Agriculture, Forestry and Veterinary Science of the University of Dar es Salaam. Today the college is indispensable to training, research, outreach and consultancy services within and outside Tanzania. Our wish is to see that CVMBS endeavors to promote societal transformation through training; knowledge discovery, preservation and dissemination; entrepreneurship and innovation.
