• Prof. Isaac Kashoma from the Department of Veterinary Surgery and Theriogenology has been promoted from Senior Lecturer to Associate Professor. An expert in animal reproductive biotechnology, Prof. Kashoma’s dedication and contributions to the field are truly commendable.

• Dr. Augustino Chengula, an expert in virology from the Department of Microbiology, Parasitology, and Biotechnology, has also been promoted from Lecturer to Senior Lecturer. Dr. Chengula’s research in virology plays a crucial role in advancing our knowledge of viral diseases.

• Dr. Elisa Mwega from the Department of Microbiology, Parasitology, and Biotechnology has also been promoted from Lecturer to Senior Lecturer. Specializing in molecular biology and genetics, Dr. Mwega’s work enhances our understanding of complex biological processes.

• Dr. Lusekelo Mwangengwa from the Department of Veterinary Physiology, Biochemistry, and Pharmacology has advanced from Lecturer to Senior Lecturer. As an expert in physiology, reproductive biology, nutritional physiology, cardiovascular risk factors, and medicinal plants, Dr. Mwamengwa continues to make significant impacts in veterinary science.
